2012?2015 – CEO of International Centre for Local Development CIFAL Plock- UNITAR affiliated training center. Since 2013 polish coordinator of ENDURANCE ? international project financed by European Commission regarding Sustainable Urban Mobility Planning.
Before joining the CIFAL Płock, Deputy Mayor of Płock, responsible for Communal Affairs. Previously worked at the Regional Road Traffic Authority in City of Plock as a Deputy Director. Since 2002 an academic lecturer at the College of Economics and Social Sciences at Warsaw University of Technology, areas: Change Management, Secure Information Policy, Corporate Social Responsibility. The founder and president of the Innovation Center of Information Society (2004-). Coordinator of municipal broadband internet network of PloNET by using WiMax technology (2006).
Author of numerous articles and several books on sustainable and safe transport and information technology, the most important are: Building the Informatization networks in Local Self-Government. Selected problems of organization and management (2007); Broadband Internet Access for Self-Government- the last mile (2009), e-Competences in e-Government (2012).
The Initiator and Editor-in-Chief of the scientific magazine on sustainable development „Innovation and Development” (2013).
